HR Business Partner – Central Europe

The Human Resources Business Partner role contributes to company performance by providing HR tactical consulting on people and organization development strategies in support of the business objectives in Central Europe (Czech and Slovak, Croatia, Hungary, Bośnia & Herzegovina).  You will be a direct supervisor of small HR team in Znojmo – Payroll Specialist and HR Specialist.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Closely cooperation with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention in line with HR strategy.
  • Identify recruitment need and coordinates recruitments processes in line with HR Group rules.
  • Succession plans determined and delivered, talent pipelines in place.
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals and coordinates trainings programme implementation in line with HR Group rules.
  • Define, communicate and put into effect specific motivation systems in line with local salary reviews.
  • Salary and HR budgets planning and controlling.
  • Responsible for the remuneration & benefits policy-making, pension schemes and social relations in line with HR Group rules.
  • Coach the leadership team ensuring that they are delivering on their purpose and inspiring their teams.
  • Implement HR projects.

Our requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in HR or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years generalist HR experience at advisor level in production company.
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
  • Demonstrable experience with recruitments, development, motivation and assessment processes.
  • Knowledge and experience with local employment law, tax and social security legislation, payroll rules.
  • MS Office skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • English, B2 – daily communication.  
  • B driving licence (business trips to Poland, Brno)
